Holidays Through the Eyes of a Child

Happy Holiday to you and your family!

Sometimes in the day to day activities of adulthood we forget what it was like to be a child and what the holidays meant to us when we were young.

I would like to help bring back those memories and help us to remember what the holidays were like for us.  I am asking the children between the ages of 5 and 10 years old to share what the holidays mean to them by drawing a picture and writing a short story.

The children can draw and write about whatever holiday that is celebrated in your house around this time of the year. After your child has completed their holiday project please have them sign it with their first name only and bring it in and I will make a digital file of it and post it on line. If you are not able to bring it in you can send it as a digital to and I will post it.

This will be a great way to share your holidays with others. I hope that your child will participate in this holiday activity. I am very eager to see the “Holidays Through the Eyes of a Child”

Thank You
